If this is an emergency DURING BUISINESS HOURS (M-F 10am-4pm) please call the office at (330) 678-3047. AFTER these hours call the emergency pager at (330) 607-6995. Please give your name, apartment address, phone number, and brief description of your emergency.
 
FOR NON-EMERGENCIES, you may use the form on this page (fully completed) or come in to the office. Please note that NON-EMERGENCIES WILL NOT BE ANSWERED BY THE EMERGENCY PAGER. Submitting this form will serve as your 24-hour notice for maintenance to enter your rental unit (within the next 3-4 business days between 9AM-5PM) for the sole purpose of addressing this service request.
